Your planning. My execution.

You've spent months (or maybe years) dreaming about and planning your wedding. Every vendor is booked, every detail decided. But who's going to run the show on the actual day? That's where I come in. With 'Your Day,' I step in during the final weeks to learn your plan inside and out, then take full charge on the wedding day itself – managing the timeline, coordinating vendors, handling any surprises, and making sure everything runs like clockwork. Your only job? Be present, feel the love, and enjoy every single moment.

This package is perfect for you if…

  • You've handled the planning yourself (or with family and friends) and want a professional to manage the big day so no one in your circle has to work.
  • You want to fully enjoy your wedding without worrying about timelines, vendor arrivals, or unexpected hiccups.
  • You've planned everything but feel the need for a safety net – someone experienced who can step in if anything goes sideways.

What's included

  • Detailed planning review

I thoroughly review all your existing plans, contracts, and vendor agreements to understand every detail of your wedding.

  • Master timeline creation

I create a comprehensive minute-by-minute timeline for the entire wedding day, ensuring every moment flows seamlessly.

  • Vendor coordination

I become the main point of contact for all your vendors in the final weeks and on the wedding day – confirming details, managing deliveries, and troubleshooting.

  • Rehearsal attendance

I attend your ceremony rehearsal to understand the flow, meet key people, and finalize on-the-ground logistics.

  • Full day-of management

From the moment setup begins until the last guest leaves, I'm on-site managing every aspect – so you, your families, and your bridal party can simply celebrate.

  • Emergency kit & problem-solving

I come prepared with a professional emergency kit and years of experience in handling the unexpected. Rain, delays, wardrobe malfunctions – I've seen it all.

How it works

01

Handover & deep dive

About 6–8 weeks before your wedding, we meet for a comprehensive handover. I review all your plans, contracts, and details until I know your wedding as well as you do.

02

Fine-tuning & coordination

I contact all your vendors, confirm final details, create the master timeline, and attend your rehearsal. Any loose ends get tied up.

03

Your wedding day

I arrive early for setup, manage every transition, cue the speeches, coordinate the music, handle any issues – and keep the magic flowing all day and night.

What you get

The freedom to be fully present on your wedding day. No checking your phone for vendor messages, no worrying about the cake delivery, no managing the timeline. Just pure, uninterrupted joy. Your guests will see a perfectly orchestrated celebration. You'll feel like the most relaxed, happiest couple in the room.

Frequently asked questions

As early as possible – ideally during the planning phase so you know you have professional support secured. I officially step in 6–8 weeks before the wedding, but having it booked early gives you peace of mind throughout your planning.

No problem at all. We can add consulting sessions or upgrade to a more comprehensive package at any point. Many couples start with day-of coordination and add support as they need it.

I'm there from the start of vendor setup (usually early morning) until the celebration wraps up or reaches a natural wind-down point. Typically, that means 12–16 hours of on-site presence.

You deserve to enjoy every moment.

After all the planning, you shouldn't have to work on your wedding day. Let's chat about how I can take the coordination off your hands.
