Getting to know each other
Everything begins with a relaxed, no-obligation consultation – either via video call or in person at my studio in Paderborn. This is where I learn about you as a couple: your story, your style, your priorities, and your vision for the big day. It's also your chance to get to know me, ask questions, and see if we're the right fit. There's no pressure – just an honest conversation about what's possible.
Concept development
Once we decide to work together, the creative journey begins. I take everything I've learned about you and develop a bespoke wedding concept – the overarching theme, visual direction, color palette, and mood. This is where your wedding starts to take shape on paper. I present my ideas in a detailed concept document, and we refine it together until it feels perfectly 'you.'
Planning & coordination
This is where the magic of logistics meets creativity. I research and book your dream vendors, manage contracts and negotiations, plan the layout and flow of your event, and keep everything on track with a detailed timeline. We meet regularly to review progress, make decisions, and keep the excitement building. Throughout this phase, I'm your single point of contact – no matter how many vendors are involved.
Final touches
In the weeks leading up to your wedding, I shift into precision mode. Every detail is reviewed, every vendor is confirmed, every contingency is planned. I create the final day-of timeline, conduct the rehearsal, and make sure absolutely everything is in place. This is also when I take all the little worries off your plate so you can enjoy the anticipation without stress.
Your wedding day
This is your moment. I arrive early to oversee setup, coordinate every vendor, manage the timeline, and handle any surprises that come up – all invisible to you and your guests. From the first look to the first dance, from speeches to the sparkler send-off, every transition flows naturally.
